About Us

Randy Sprouse, CAPS

President of Homes-4-Life, is a licensed Class A Virginia contractor with 30 years experience who is certified by the National Association of Home Builders to be a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). He has been working in our area addressing accessibility issues as both a professional contractor and a volunteer since 1994. He has worked for Help With Housing as well as Access Independence.

Branden Goldizen is the Principal Broker and co-owner, with Tracy Goldizen, of Goldizen, Riley, & Co. Real Estate located at 2971 Valley Avenue in Winchester, Virginia. The firm has a primary focus of Residential Resale, New Construction, Commercial Sales and Leasing, Institutional Assets Sales and Investor Portfolio Creation and Management.
